Any Nintendo Wii related media can only be purchased on the basis that you use the
product for a backup purpose only - you MUST have the original copy of
the media in your posession.
You MUST have a modified Nintendo Wii Console to be able to play the backups provided by WiiBackups ©
All of our products are legal to purchase as long as you have the original version in your possession and that the version you purchase from us will only be used in a spare backup capacity to keep the original from being damaged.
1. The services that are provided on this web page is strictly to back up your games, which you claim to currently own and wish to protect them from damage.
2. These duplications are allowed under British copyright law and you are entitled to this service by law.
3. I provide this as a service and will not be held accountable for the purchasers' use of the backups.
4. If you sell your original software you agree to destroy the backup.
5. You take full responsibility for your own actions when using these backups and release me from all "liabilities that may arise, expressed, written or implied" By complying with these regulations it allows me (the service provider) to duplicate and you (as a consumer) to receive the right to use backups.
